I have tried every way possible to contact support including withdrawing all my assets and locking my account in an effort to communicate with someone.
I have lost a lot of money because of crypto.com and the support portal does not work since I tried to contact a specialist about my problem and they have not replied.
I post on X, instagram and meta warning others to stay away for this scam platform.
The problem is I have tried to deposit fiat into my then unlocked account but the funds have not appeared and there are no pending payments on my bank app meaning you have received them.
I’ve had other issues like not being able to take profit because when I tried to sell a message kept coming up saying price expired please try again.
I did it as fast as I could but after trying several times no luck then about an hour later I was finally able to sell but not before loosing money.
Also the site keeps freezing when looking at tokens, I start looking at one then the site feeezes. I have to close the app and reopen to continue. My internet is good and I don’t have issues on any other platform.
I strongly believe that the drop in last week's crypto market index, following Bitcoin's surge to a new all-time high, was likely influenced by the release of higher-than-expected wholesale price data in the United States, signaling a shift in market expectations regarding potential cuts in interest rates by the Federal Reserve and resulting in increased interest rates and a decline in the prices of risky assets.
